Conversion design
Property managers reached the Inspection page but didn't start. I redesigned the landing page around a visual carousel that let users see the product before committing, driving 93% of all engagement and doubling CTR.
Onboarding
Niio's join flow was built for hotels and galleries with a support team on hand. When the platform opened to private art lovers, I rebuilt it around what someone arriving alone from a link actually needs to see.
Payments
Collectors were spending hundreds of dollars through a form that gave no sense of where they were. The fields were a legal requirement, so I restructured the flow into three clear steps instead of chasing a shorter one.
TV app
I designed a new product for Niio business customers to display their art collection directly on a TV art screen ā a way to enjoy full quality and resolution, in their desired space.
